Q:  DO YOU HAVE A BRICK AND MORTAR STORE?

A:  No but luckily shopping online is 24/7! Yay for technology! The Ladyship's Bazaar is primarily a pop-up with this lovely website.

Q:  WHAT IS THE LADYSHIPS BAZAAR POP-UP?

A:  The Ladyships Bazaar Pop-up is the traveling version of The Ladyship's Bazaar. We host pop-ups independently and make appearances at street fairs, markets and private events.  

Q: WHEN IS THE NEXT POP-UP?

Under normal conditions, The Ladyship's Bazaar Pop-up occurs twice a month from Feb-Dec, if weather permits.  More cities and dates will be added to the calendar once COVID-19 restrictions are lifted. If you would like to schedule a private pop-up for you and your closest friends, email hello@theladyshipsbazaar.com

Q:  DO YOU CARRY PLUS-SIZED CLOTHING?

A:  Yes! We carry plus-sized clothing on all NEW items. We carry plus-sized vintage items when we can find them.

Q:  DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

A:  Yes! International shipping is available. We work with all major carriers of which you can select at checkout. International customs fees will handled by the purchaser. 

Q: HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO SHIP MY ITEMS?

A:  We offer free shipping within the domestic United States of America. Outside of the USA, shipping costs are determined by size, weight and dimension. Please email hello@theladyshipsbazaar.com with any shipping inquiries.

Q:  HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

A:  Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed prior to shipping. We work Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Q:  WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

A:  All sales are final unless items are damaged during shipping. We will answer any questions you have regarding items prior to purchasing so that you can make an informed decision. Please email hello@theladyshipsbazaar.com with pictures of the items damaged with packaging. We will gladly and quickly sort it out.

Q:  HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

A:  Most orders can be cancelled within 24 hours. Please notify us at hello@theladyshipsbazaar.com to see if your order is eligible for cancellation.

Q:  DO YOU SHARE/SELL MY INFORMATION?

A:  The Ladyship's Bazaar does not sell or share your information with any other parties. Information is encrypted by Shopify's secure server.

Q:  WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

A:  We accept MC, VISA, PAYPAL, AMEX and DISCOVER. The Ladyship's Bazaar Pop-up accepts all of the above as well as cash, VENMO.
