All sales are final.   We want you to love your purchase so please contact us with any concerns and a member of our crew will do everything we can to fix the problem.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. We require photos of damaged items for our records. Please allow 4 weeks for processing. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
